The agents from the ALE used a warrant to search a business establishment in Benson. The officers confiscated a craps table, a roulette wheel, blackjack and poker gaming tables.

Clyde Barrow stated that New Bedford is a more suitable casino site compared to Middleborough. It also recommends the construction of casinos to take advantage of money from gamblers in the state.

Sumner County is already drawing up proposals for the casino facility after Sedgwick County declined. The developers are given until October 9th, 2007 to pass their proposals.
